The Challenge
Gallone's Ice cream - Complete Visual Identity
Gallones Ice Cream Parlour commissioned a full visual refresh to align the brand with its location in a prominent shopping area of Leamington Spa. The store required a more premium presentation to match its surroundings while maintaining the playful energy expected of a Gallone's ice cream parlour.
The existing visual assets were low resolution and inconsistent, with varying styles and uneven presentation across menus and in-store displays. This diluted perceived quality and weakened brand impact in a competitive retail environment.
​The challenge was to introduce refinement without losing personality — building a visual identity that felt polished, confident, and commercially credible while remaining warm and inviting.
The Approach
The work was approached as a complete
visual asset system
A complete catalogue of controlled studio hospitality photography was produced to ensure clarity, vibrancy, and consistency across all product categories. Lighting and styling were designed to let the flavour speak through the imagery — highlighting texture, colour, and ingredient detail with a clean, premium finish.
The shoot was executed with a polished aesthetic across every frame to ensure cohesion. Menu layouts and display boards were reworked with improved hierarchy, typography, spacing, and visual structure, reinforcing a refined yet playful brand identity.
Photography and graphic design were developed together as one system — ensuring consistency across in-store displays, digital platforms, and social media.
Editing & Consistency
All assets were colour-managed and graded to maintain material accuracy and
tonal consistency. Retouching was kept restrained, prioritising clarity and
authenticity over visual effects.

The scope included photographing the entire product range — milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, savoury food, and drinks — alongside redesigning menus and display boards to create a cohesive, elevated brand experience.

The result was a modernised, premium visual identity suited to a high-footfall retail location in Leamington Spa. Gallones gained a consistent, high-resolution product library and a refined brand presentation that strengthened perceived quality, improved in-store clarity, and elevated the overall customer experience across every touchpoint.
