The Challenge
Akhal by Extans - Visual Asset System for a 
Luxury Bicycle Brand

Extans Akhal is a new luxury-driven bicycle brand operating at the

intersection of engineering precision and design refinement.

The brand needed visual assets that could clearly communicate:

  • technical quality

  • material detail

  • luxury intent

  • premium positioning

across digital and print platforms, without relying on

lifestyle storytelling or trend-led imagery.

The Approach 
The work was approached as a complete
visual asset system

A controlled, minimal visual language was defined to reflect the brand’s focus on performance and build quality. Lighting, contrast, and framing were specified to emphasise form, material transitions, and mechanical detail.

 

The products  were photographed both in the studio and on location in Poland.

Each image was composed to:

  • clearly describe form and geometry

  • highlight surface finishes and component integration

  • maintain look and feel consistency across the full set of products

​​Editing & Consistency

All assets were colour-managed and graded to maintain material accuracy and tonal consistency. Retouching was kept restrained, prioritising clarity and authenticity over visual effects.

​

Technical Specification

Final assets were delivered in a structured set of formats suitable for:

  • website use

  • product pages

  • launch and marketing materials

 

The resulting imagery formed a coherent visual library that aligned closely with

Extans brand values.
